NASA space shuttle Atlantis blasts off for the last time. This ends the NASA space shuttle program. I personally am not a big ‘space’ guy. Not until we have aliens and laser blasters. However, knowing that the US bank bailout exceeded the half-century lifetime budget of NASA, makes me appreciate them a little more and approve of the people who make decisions on what gets funded in this country a little less.
